“What a great boutique on Mass Ave! I stopped in mostly because it was hot out and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection of items. Everything from jewelry, leather bags, glass ware, some house wares and even horoscope perfumes. Items come from everywhere and are high quality. I'm giving serious thought to going back for the bag pictured just need to decide on a color! Definitely worth checking out!!”

Carrie the Store Manager was busy, but took the time to help me set up my purchase. I ended up purchasing a couch, coffee table and server. “I returned A LOT of flowers to the east Washington St Hobby Lobby because my daughter changed her mind and wanted to have real flowers for her wedding. I was very impressed with the cashier, Kira, that helped me. She was very kind and incredibly detailed while she organized the return of over $700 worth of flowers. Hobby Lobby flowers don't have bar codes that can be scanned. Instead the cashier has to enter the prices manually, which seems outdated to me, but Kira handled it with patience and meticulous attention to detail. The shift manager and other cashier on duty were also very kind. I wish I remembered their names. I've shopped at Hobby Lobby for years and have always had good experiences, but never returned anything before.”

She has such talent and passion for what she does. She walks in a room and off she goes with fabulous color and design scheme. “My wife and I were looking for a new bed and went to Sleep Number on East 82nd St/Clearwater area. Jessica greeted us and gave us the demonstration tour. While checking out 3 mattresses, she gave us good, clear info. She demonstrated setting the "Sleep Number", and feeling how each change felt(or didn't). Jessica NEVER pushed a/the sale...she was the consummate sales person; give the facts, demonstrate the product, then let the customer decide. The store is setup nicely, and the other associates were friendly and "fun"(pleasantly fun, conversationally). All in all, a nice shopping, purchasing experience.”
