Indian owners and alwaysmore personable, down to earth and family like service than going to an American cooperate owned gas station. I will continue to put my money into indian pockets because they have a type of embedded values towards customer service that big cooperations will never have .”

“Overall, this is a nice place to do business at. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful (especially the Owner/Manager!), and you can tell that your business is appreciated here. The store is conveniently located next to the Town & Country market, and I like the fact that getting in and out of the lot is pretty easy compared to other gas stations. Fuel pricing is always competitive here as well. The store is usually very clean, organized, and features a good selection of common convenience store items (soda, chips, cigarettes, etc.). A restroom is also available for customer use, and is always very clean. My only complaint about this location is the pricing of grocery items inside the store. Cigarettes, beverages from the cooler, and grocery items are noticeably more expensive than at competitor's stores (ie: Speedway). However, the friendliness of the staff and this store's location usually offset my pricing concerns. I guess I'd rather pay a little extra for quality service whenever possible. Again, this BP is a nice place to do business at, and I do recommend stopping by.”

Welcomed with warm smile and greetings by the lady name Debbie (not exactly but name started with Deanna? ) then impressed by the job posting which said journey maker wanted and shinning clean bathroom with nice mirror for ladies. Then Jerry helped me get hot water and use the microwave to heat up my own herb tea. Enjoyed soothing ramen noodle while charging my phone as the views from Indiana dunes and Lake Michigan deserve millions pictures and videos… we came in as strangers but left as friends:) thank you ? you are the journey makers and also make our journey better …”
“I found this place by accident doing Uber trips, but I am so glad I did. The staff are respectful and the prices are actually reasonable! The gas stations a few blocks away are always 30 plus cents more. You’re getting robbed if you don’t go here. Pay in cash and you save even more! Shoutout to Gills for keeping me on the road.”

“Not really sure about how the customer service is on the inside, but one of the things I really appreciate about this location is the car wash. It used to be $4 washes, but the price, of course, went up like everything else.But it's one of the few Family Express locations close by that has the car wash. It comes in handy when you just need your vehicle to look presentable, but don't want to pay a ton of money or you don't want to do it yourself.Also, the other thing I appreciate about their car washes is the fact that it's the type that you drive into yourself. Nothing ever pulls or drags your vehicle along, which may risk messing up your alignment. This is one of the main reasons I prefer the Family Express car washes.”

“A very neat and clean gas station. And a very healthy atmosphere. The people who run this place are very polite and helpful. And coming to the Shell Gas, I'm getting 25mpg combined on my 2005 accord (which has 230k miles on it), while others get 22 -23 range.”

“One of the reasons I stop here is because of the clean restrooms. Another is the on-site McDonald's. The gas is fairly priced, and the station is a good time away from the highway. There is a truck stop, and plenty of diesel. People also fill their boats here! This is totally a good place to stop if you are traveling through the area via I94.”
