As a college student with very little knowledge of cars, I appreciated the help in sorting out the situation. They were also able to diagnose other problems that were missed in a previous inspection by a different shop. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new mechanic.”

“I went to Jim's Auto after my daughter recommended them. My car was having problems and was getting bad gas mileage, accelerator was down to the floor and had a hard time getting up to speed and most of the time when you turn the ignition on it would take a few seconds to start. I was told by other mechanics that it was the timing chain, but that wasn't the case. Jim's Auto fixed my car and I found out it was the Camshaft sensor. Thanks to the guys at Jim's Auto they took the time to check it out and find the problem. To Jim, Bill and Nick, Thanks again. ?”

“After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle.Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!!Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well.Highly recommended.”
“Martin the mechanic was great. I had my car towed there right at the end of the workday and he stayed open a few minutes late to receive it at the shop. When he evaluated it, he called me with his assessment and was super transparent about what needed to be replaced and how much it would cost. Fix was quick and the bill was exactly what he told me it would be, no hidden charges. Car is working great now!”

“Even though it cost $550 to get my car out after 1 week with no courtesy sticker placed on car, staff was very friendly. But the prices are ridiculous, $150 initial fee, $30 every day for storage, and $100 lien fee after 3 days storage, tow companies are highway robbery!!”
