“Beautiful place to visit! Really enjoyed the small town charm with all amenities! Parking can be a tad of a challenge though I pivot to side streets.
Wonderfully pedicured, areas to talk/ ride one's bike, shop, rest, hang out with friends, find something to nosh on at a nearby restaurant. It's a great place to be!”

Like many if not most apartment complexes, there has been turnover in staffing but senior management remains responsive and new staff are brought up to speed quickly.
I’ve met many wonderful fellow residents and enjoy the location and its amenities.”

“I was looking for an apartment and wanted to move in within a couple of days and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move into the Olivia. Maddie the property manager stayed on the phone with me for 20 mins answering all my questions and helped me get my application approved in short order on a holiday week. I moved in a couple days later and Abby went over everything with me and made the move in very easy. The apartment and the complex in general I’m very pleased with. Would highly recommend.”
