I recently purchased a new car battery online for my late model Honda Accord. The website was easy to use and when I arrived at the store, the battery was ready to go. I took advantage of the installation service for the first time and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The job was completed by Sam. He was quick and he paid attention to every detail to ensure the job was done right. Another employee also helped - and they worked well as a team. Everyone seemed to enjoy working at Batteries Plus and I could tell they sincerely cared about their customers. I always appreciate their efficient and expert service.”

“I needed a sudden replacement battery for my motorcycle. Batteries Plus was so much more convenient, cost was very competitive, and the service was personable. I found the item I needed easily online, was able to order it and get it the next day. Service was great as well I was able to call and quickly speak to a knowledgeable person who answered basic questions. I received confirmation if my order and notification once it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store the item was waiting for me and check-out was a breeze. They even credited me for my old battery. This is my second such experience. I now have an account and will shop again!”

“On Christmas Eve, I needed help changing a headlight and installing another headlight into my daughter’s car. Logan took the time out of his day to try to help us. After spending a lot of time, and after it became apparent that there was an issue, he contacted a friend of his that could help so that my daughter could travel that day safely, when he could have just apologized for not being able to help and moved on. We so appreciated Logan doing so much for us that day. We’ve been there multiple times since, as it is now our go-to auto parts store.”

“When you pull into their parking lot, their docks are straight ahead to the last. You can pull all the way through to the street Beyond, go left and there is a big lot where you can turn around to make your backing into their spot easier. I was in and out in an hour and a half and it is first come first serve. I was able to use the bathroom facilities as well. Easy people to deal oh, not a bad delivery at all”

“Such great service! My car needed a new battery and I had the day off so I needed it to be replaced today. Went to two other locations and they were wicked expensive or didn't have openings for me. I called O'Reilly's and spoke with a super nice gentleman that told me to let him take a look and he would take care of me. He checked me out and replaced the battery in less than 15 minutes. For an excellent price too. I recommend this place. The gentleman that worked with me WAS EXCELLENT!”
