“The battery for my Samsung Galaxy A 51 cell phone wouldn't hold a charge and went dead. The back of the phone is sealed shut with no access to the battery unless one tries to open it at the risk of damaging the phone. After some research, I discovered that Batteries Plus repairs cell phones and installs batteries! The battery was shipped on Tuesday and received by the store on Friday and was installed on Saturday. Yes, it was a great inconvenience not having my cell phone for a week, but hey, when life hands you lemons, make lemonade! The total cost was around $74, very reasonable and well worth it! Many thanks to Culin, the installer, and Corbin at the local Batteries Plus store. They were courteous, very helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Batteries Plus in Noblesville.”

The free tool rental program is great for the few tools you need once every 7 years - wheel hub puller, 34mm socket, brake piston tool, etc. This is a great location. He looked at my battery and figured out how to take out the old and replace with new. It was not easy, requiring tools and some elbow grease to get the battery out and in, but he did it with a smile on his face.
