“OMG! Went into the store to kill time until meeting a friend for dinner. Found 1 skirt for $3.97 and another for $4.97. Then I found 2 pairs of jeans for $5.97 each. Clearance prices are incredible!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Hey Little Diddle and their incredible customer service. A coworker of mine was scheduled to be induced earlier than expected, and with working a lot of overnight shifts in the Emergency Department, I didn’t have time to shop for a gift in person. I ordered a swaddle sleep sack online along with a card, tissue paper, and a gift bag. Unfortunately, when I checked out using Google Pay, it accidentally processed as shipping instead of curbside pickup.

Coming off an overnight shift—and knowing that night would be my last shift working with her before she had her baby—I called the store and explained my situation. The staff immediately jumped in to help. They confirmed the item was in stock, refunded the shipping and tissue paper, beautifully wrapped the gift with tissue paper, asked what I wanted the card to say and wrote it for me, placed everything in the gift bag, and even helped coordinate getting it delivered to me through Uber.

Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to bring the gift to work that night. My coworker has since had her baby, and the swaddle was the first thing the baby wore!

“Came in and asked if there were any sales, an associate whose name I did not get was very kind and came out and explained the 50% off sale to me. Checking out was a great experience with Sam. She was very kind and explained how the point system worked at this store as I told her I frequent multiple stores. I was specifically looking for denim shorts for my 2 year old and only found 1 pair of denim shorts! I thought that couldn’t be right, so I went to the counter and asked an associate if she could help me and she just looked at me. I tried to explain what I was asking, but said could you just come here and she seemed very annoyed. I showed her the section I was looking in and said is there only one pair of Jean shorts for 2T & 24 mo and she said “all the clothes are on the floor” and I said okay i didn’t know if maybe there was another area of shorts cuz there’s only 1 pair of jean shorts and she just stared at me. Didn’t say anything and clearly annoyed with my question and that I asked her to walk 5 feet from behind the counter . It left a salty taste in my mouth so I got her name it was Claire. But the experience I still rate 5 star thanks to Sam and the first associate I encountered. You can tell who likes their job & who doesn’t.”
