“Ample parking, but the lot itself is atrocious. There needs to be a lot of repaving done. The salespeople are very nice and always willing to helo, dressing rooms are very roomy, and selections are good and always changing. The variety is exceptional for every season.”

“We had water damage and called them out for a roof inspection. They came out quickly and gave us multiple options for repairs. They were incredibly professional, communicative, and helpful. Their team was efficient and did a thorough job. They definitely exceeded expectations and were very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them for any future home project.”
“Short and sweet visit to this tidy store near the Fashion Mall. We were on a hunt for some toddler shoes in the clearance section. There were some cute options but not as easy to put on as I'd like. The staff was friendly and the store was well organized. Not a bad option if you're looking for clothes for wee ones. Easy parking and the close proximity to Barnes and Noble doesn't hurt either.”
“This store has the cutest clothes! It's a little more on the expensive side but so worth it for the quality. They have a cute drawing table for kids to play while parents shop. They are also always so friendly and helpful. My kids love the clothes from here and wear them over and over again. I also love supporting a local business in my neighborhood.”
“Nice store its a lil congested trying to walk through and find things but i was able to find some cute stuff. I will let you know the clothes run small so if your a true plus size woman the 4x is like a 24 so i don't want any women to feel bad cause the clothes don't fit you right its not you sweetie their sizes just run small”
“Adorable clothes! I think my son's wardrobe is approximately 90% Janie and Jack apparel right now. It has that classic look that is so sweet. I didn't know anything about this chain until my MIL introduced me to their precious styles. They come out with new designs on a very regular basis and they also have great sales. Clothes are high quality and last many washes. Def on the $$ side, but I'm hoping they'll be closet staples.”

After committing to lifting weights for over a year, I decided it was finally time to upgrade my workout clothes. As a plus-size girlie, I’ve always worried about how I’d be treated in these kinds of stores. But every single person who helped me was kind, supportive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find what worked for my body.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The first associate who greeted me listened carefully when I explained that I needed workout pants for lifting—something that didn’t feel like “dolphin skin,” not overly compressive, but also wouldn’t roll down during workouts. She absolutely nailed it with her recommendations. I tried on a few styles and ended up leaving with pieces that feel perfect for me.
If I could give 10 stars for customer service and overall experience, I would. This visit completely changed how I view shopping for athletic wear. I left feeling confident, supported, and ready to crush my next lift.”

“Visited this Gap location during a trip to The Fashion Mall. It seems a bit smaller than some of the other Gap stores I have visited previously. The store was clean and well maintained. It was not too crowded so it was easy to get in, navigate, and exit the store. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. They had most of the items needed or wanted in stock as well. Good experience and I would recommend it, if they have what you need or are looking for.”
“Edit: Updating to five stars from three stars. I’ve had to put in a call, but it was very much worth it. My order fell through the cracks, but Dan took a look and got things back on track. In the end we will receive the order and all will be well. Very thankful for nice people and the extra help! It’s worth the trouble, too, because the shirts are well made and last a couple of years, even for little kids - that’s hard to beat.

“Very clean and organized but the staff was quite busy when it came to check out so I will say there was a bit of a wait time, but that's understandable, it's a popular store in a mall.
I will say the kitchen items section was a little slim pickings but what they did have was quite nice. Like the blush pink Bella slow cooker and the navy blue plates.
About the navy blue plates. When I brought them home they were cracked. And for that I am giving JCPenney's a four star review instead of five. It could have been the drive home, it could have been an employee or it could have been the truck that brought it to the store in the first place, honestly a number of things could have broken those plates. No one in particular is at fault it's just a tragedy as those plates were around seventy-ish dollars and I was really looking forward to using them. So imagine my surprise when I open them up and they are all cracked, chipped and broken.
Anyway other than that I love JCPenney's, I have been going to that store since I was a child. Although the one I would typically have gone to would be at the Polaris Mall in Ohio, the Castleton Square Mall one here in Indiana is good too.”
“I normally don't like H&Ms, but this one was pretty good! It had clothes that I personally would mostly only wear for layering as they're all quite plain, but there were some stylish clothes there. The prices were way better than I expected! I am going to start coming here for basic clothing for sure.”
“Went there last night and was greeted immediately. My friend had some questions and Patty was extremely helpful with assisting her. We both ended up finding most of what we were looking for. The prices are very reasonable too. Lots of clothes in this location but everything was extremely organized and tidy. Thank you again to Patty for all of the help as well as being very genuine asking us about our weekend plans. We will be back!”

“I came here today looking for a mother of the groom dress and left with an amazing dress
I was helped by Meghan (I later found out she's the store mgr) and she was wonderful in showing me where to go
I was then helped by Lisa the most helpful and honest sales lady ever
Just adore her and her positive attitude
She said honey I have got the perfect dress for you and she sure did
Feeling very thankful for today
Also the store's restroom was very nice and clean”
