Horrible customer service! I've had multiple fraudulent charges to my account and nobody in Customer Service can give me a straight answer and are rude.

Absolutely terrible experience attempting to get a banking error resolved and our loan moving forward again. This has gone on for MONTHS. Highly do not recommend using 5th 3rd for any type of loan or banking.
