The staff are friendly, respectful, and transparent, providing cost breakdowns in advance. They solve problems within their given timeline, sometimes quicker. The shop offers excellent service for repairs and also for purchases like bikes and racks, where they provide full setup and instruction. During the pandemic, they operate curbside from their service entrance. Service turn-around is typically 7 to 10 days on a first-come, first-served basis. Many customers report being completely satisfied and thank the shop for going above and beyond.
Came in today and Jimmy helped me out beyond my expectations! Needed new tires and a new tube for one, and he got me back on the road. 100 stars, staff is friendly and welcoming to those who, like myself, are not very knowledgeable about bikes.
