“Euro Motorworks gave me great service and saved me from making an expensive mistake. I recommend them to anyone looking to have their car serviced in the Indianapolis area.
They are very courteous, professional, and responsive, and they gave me just the right amount of attention.
I recently had some issues with my Volkswagen GTI including the smell of burning fluid coming from the motor. The dealership where I bought it recommended a full turbo replacement ($3,500). I asked Euro Motoworks for a second opinion, and they found no problems with the turbo and diagnosed a leaking vacuum pump as the source of the smell. They replaced the pump for a fraction of the cost of a new turbo.
They also recommended a performance tune, which I will be buying soon. They don't do performance tunes, so that wasn't an upsell. It was just good advice.
Also, there's popcorn!”

“I left my house with my son to get to our volunteer shift at the humane society only to find that I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and we made it to our volunteer shift. THANK YOU, Best One Indy for taking such amazing care of us!!!”
“I have, unfortunately had many occasions in my life where I’ve needed body repair work on vehicles. I have used Voelkel’s several times now and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s always only been for insurance claims and never added anything on to it.
Most recently, I took my Tahoe in after getting rear ended. Light damage, but enough to wanted it fixed. I went ahead and had them remove several dents(father of 5 so it gets abused) and detail a couple spots. I had just recently gone through some fresh lane paint and had some nice yellow on the driver side I couldn’t get off.
When I say they made my lightly abused Tahoe look brand new again, I’m not exaggerating! If I were in the market to sell, this work just raised my resale value a few thousand and cost a fraction of that. I will always add some dent removal and detailing to ANY insurance claim from now on, or just to get it cleaned up back to new.
The level of professionalism at this shop is second to none and I won’t take any of my family’s vehicles anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend them more if I tried!!!

“I have been purchasing cars for over 25 years, and I’ve never had an experience as positive as this one. Typically, dealerships will employ pressure tactics and try and trick you into dealer add-ons, Or push you to finance through them. This was not the case at Tom Roush. Their sales professionals were pleasant, friendly and informative. They actually advised me against a newer Mazda platform as it has been experiencing some “growing pains” since it was just released last year. They suggested a lightly used CX-9, which I had been considering but wasn’t my first choice. The fact that they were honest about the newer model having some issues, and knowing that I would be driving this car a lot for my job… That was very professional of them. They could have easily tried to explain away the problems the CX 90 is having, or downplay them. But they did not. Perhaps this is because we have more information than ever when going into purchase a car, and the Internet is full of information on these vehicles. However, I felt it spoke to their integrity, to forgo making a bigger sale to ensure I had a vehicle that would not be back at the dealership frequently. The finance/business manager, Chris, was friendly and did not try to employ the typical tactics that often happen when you get back into the financing office. He did not pressure me into gap financing, extended warranties, etc. He was able to match my local credit union’s loan APR but did not push it. Interestingly I actually had to ask him about an extended warranty! He explained what they offered and left the choice to me. Other dealerships might have tried scare tactics, or pressured me into it. But not Chris. The entire process was painless and very positive. Having purchased mostly GM vehicles for My adult life, I can definitely share some horror stories about buying a car. But not this time around. Also, their sales reps were great as well. Mike S. went above and beyond and actually came to my house to pick up a check, since we had conducted our transaction late the prior evening and I had forgotten my checkbook. Instead of making me drive all the way to the dealership, he made my busy life easier by doing that.
I highly recommend Tom Roush to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Mazda or Mitsubishi!”

“Customer service 100/10! Went in because my brakes were feeling off, they were able to get me in same day, gave me a curtesy vehicle to use while my car was being inspected.
When my car was done, I got a call, followed by a text message with a link with everything listed that they looked at regarding my brake issue, and other recommendations they found with the large inspection they did of everything not just my brakes, pictures and comments from the technician included. On the phone, Jeremy went though everything with me line by line and answered every question I could think of, but the best part is they were real and authentic with me, they let me know what issues could wait to be fixed later and not trying to pressure me into fixes I didn’t really immediately need.
Really felt like I had a trusted friend taking a look at my car and not a business trying to get an extra buck. When the time comes to get the repairs I need when needed, I will be coming back to Noble Mechanic.”

“I have been coming to this location for years and have never been disapointed..friendly, fast and reasonable, not to mention there seems to be little turnover in employees which makes me feel it must be a good work environment (although I am not a mechanic). On a side note, I have several mechanics between my home in Fortville and Fishers that I pass along the way, but I will drive the distance for the security knowing I will have professional repairs with an honest team and pricing especially since I am a female where my automotive ignorance could make my wallet prey to predators.
