“I think the empliyees name was Peyton, and they did an amazing job. She weighed about the same as my dog and still picked her up to the table and back down. My dog wont even let me pick her up half way, so she must've really trusted her. She was patient when my dog dodnt want her nails trimmed too, never gave up.”

“We stopped by because this is the only store locally that carries the food our new puppy has been eating. But we were pleasantly surprised by how great this store is. Laura was very helpful and welcoming! Leni loved the store so much she decided to take an isle nap.”

“I discovered this store about 2 years ago and keep coming back for their dried beef lung bits. My black lab Zoey love those as treats and as topper for her wet food for its crunch. The staff is really good, knowledgeable and super friendly.”

7236 Fishers Crossing Dr, Fishers IN 46038
“I've been shopping here for about eight years and have never had a bad experience. They always have what I need for my cats and reptiles (other than live feeders), and the store is always well kept. But the incredible staff is what keeps me coming back. Kayla has been very patient and informative about any pet care questions, and Brittany in particular is so sweet and it's always a delight to see her! She always has something nice to say and is very welcoming. Our chats definitely make errands more fun. Keep up the great work y'all, I'm looking forward to my next visit!”

“What a great place, for pets and their people! The store is well thought out, with lots of specialty items and great collars, harnesses, leashes, and some seasonal bandanas. The bakery items are a real huge hit, and you see people and pets get excited when they purchase them. There are terrific premium pet food options and staff is knowledgeable in helping with questions.”

“If you come here, ask for Austin! Seriously, he is absolutely amazing and they need to keep him at all costs. His service alone makes this place miles better than Pet Supplies Plus. On top of the great service, the store itself is a huge upgrade. They have a much better variety of collar sizes than Pet Supplies Plus. I do wish they kept a few more items in stock for giant dogs, even if it's just a small selection, but overall, the experience here is night and day. Highly recommend!”

“Kim and staff at Fishers Hollywood Feed are really great! They are always helpful and kind. Kim goes out of her way to make sure that I am always taken care of when I come in. When my pet developed a bunch of allergies to foods she took her time and helped me get a food that is going to work. I started going just for pet foods and now I go for pet washes, treats, food, etc! I have gone to both Fishers and NORA and they just don't compare. Can't say enough great things about the staff at this location.”

“My sweet girl is turning seven this friday. We purchased a birthday cake for only thirty bucks and let me tell you, it was so worth it. This place is heaven on earth to her. The staff is always so sweet, kind and energetic towards me and my baby. They never fail to pass out free treats! We try and go to a new location every couple of weeks. Thank you for making us feel so loved! Options for everyone!”

“This bakery was amazing! They have everything you need to spoil your furbabies, the selection of fresh baked bones were great also picked up some peanut butter for probiotics gut health, also in the anxiety formula peanut butter. The dogs absolutely loved everything we got here. They have great toys, the girls didn't seem to knowledgeable about the food and a few other items but I will be coming back. Stop by this store is absolutely fabulous.”

“I am so pleased, thrilled and in love with this location and their staff! I reserved the community room for my dog's birthday party. When I went back to take pictures of the setup, they explained what everything would look like. The room was cleared and clean and they made goodie bags for all the guests(including a cat lol)...and a special one for the birthday boy!!! The staff checked in to see if there was anything we needed often! This lace truly is a caring, neighborhood pet store and now that I know the "plus" has to mean the over the top service that you'll get, plus smiles and plus the eagerness they have to serve! Thank you all so much! My little fellas birthday was a hit and that's certainly thanks to you!”

“The new supervisor Derrick was so sweet & gave me a mother's day discount today and little goodies to take home to my furbaby. This was such a sweet gesture. I didn't get to have children this lifetime so little gestures like this really do mean alot to women like me 😊 thanks Derrick & Happy Mother's day to all Mommas!”

“I heard about BYB thru an acquaintance, so I went there to check it out...VERY nice, kinda rustic store with lots of birdie(and critterl goodies too. The owner and the employee I met are nice senior guys. The prices were actually lower for the 2 products I purchased; peanuts in she'll and critter food(corn, seeds and peanuts in shell). I will definitely be going back. 👍👍”

“I’ve always liked this little pet store. The employees are generally friendly and knowledgeable and it just feels good to get specialty/healthy pet food from a local shop rather than a big box store.”

“I bought my bird there over 18 years ago. Never since have I found any group of people with half the bird knowledge as you will find at Bird Fever. Trustworthy, well run, fair prices, HEALTHY BIRDS. A small business that more than deserves your patronage. Birds, food, toys, cages, everything you need including extensive knowledge about what you’re adopting. If you own or want to own a bird, go here.”

“The best groomer I ever took my dog to. I have a doodle with an interesting coat type and Lexi did an incredible job every time. She made him look his best and I dearly miss going here! I’ve taken my dog to so many different places and this is by far the most reliable as well as reasonably priced. I haven’t found a groomer that can do what Lexi could since I moved.”

“I always enjoy going to see the live chicks in the middle of the store. It always smells like dog food though when I walk in but they do have a great selection of gardening supplies!”
-

“Brittany is absolutely amazing! Our dog Boomer only truly likes and trusts three people, and Brittany is one of them. The second we pull in he gets so excited because he knows he’s about to be pampered by one of his favorite people. We couldn’t recommend Brittany and Purrs and Gurrs more highly!”

“TO WHOEVER IS THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE, PLEASE TAKE CARE OF MANY THINGS BEFORE GOD GETS YOU FOR WHAT YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING TO THIS DOGS! NO BLANKETS, NO PADS, NOTHING BUT A SQUARE SPACE WITHOUT A BED. WHAT A SHAME”

“I loved the staff. They were knowledgeable, very nice, and helpful! It's a little expensive compared to a national pet supply corporation. I would rather pay a little more and support a local-ish company that hopefully pays their employees well, and sources their inventory as mindfully as possible. Happy to pay more for those things!! I was really nervous about switching my cats dry food and I honestly had no clue what to get for him. Misinformation and misleading info saturates the entire market for pets and humans. My cat has done so well with the new food! He's lost a little weight too! Hes upset about the litter switch, but he's slowly coming around. >.”

“Reese is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me get a deal that was not showing up at the register. She walked me through setting up the app, and after finding out the deal wasn’t on the app either, she took the initiative to manually apply the discount at the register. I really appreciate her taking the time and empathy to help me save money. Love this store EVEN MORE now!”

“Had a great experience today and so far we are absolutely loving our new furry friend! Staff was very helpful and love the fact you can do payment plans. Place was also extremely clean for a place with dogs, absolutely no smell of dog”

“The employees are very nice and helpful. 😇👍 I usually order online and pick up at the store, but this time they had a special on same-day delivery. 📦🚚 I'm not doing that ever again. 😠😡 The driver left all my cat food under the sun, so I had to go to the store to exchange everything. ☀🥵 I don't feel good giving that to my cat after it sat under the sun for four hours. 🐱😿 The employee understood perfectly. 😌😊 I think DoorDash did the delivery, so this is a mixed review: 0 stars for DoorDash and 5 stars for PetSmart employees. 🌟⭐ I'll keep buying here but never get it delivered. 🛍🙅♀”
