I will even go out of my way to try to make it to the store when these 2 guys are there. They have sourced parts for me that I have been told were discontinued. They have found rare parts for another project of mine that is hard to find parts for. They even had parts for my jet ski that I didn't know I could find at an auto parts store.”

“I went in last week for head light bulbs and the salesperson/tech could have tried to sell me the most expensive ones but was honest and did not. I didn't catch his name but kept the receipt and it seems his name is Pete. Truthfully I have never had a bad experience at the Hanover O'Reilly's or any other that I can recall. They take the time to explain something if you're not exactly sure on what to do.”
