“GOOD DAY! .....the service was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! We were greeted well and the service technician told us that the repair would take about 35/45 minutes, about 30 later the repair was complete. Such a great experience I/We recommend CPR (Merrillville) to anyone needing that service. SORRY I CAN'T REMEMBER THE TECHNICIANS NAME.

“Just to give Google and AT&T a heads up I was in there when that Igor decided to throw a tantrum like a little 2 year old. Literally none of that stuff he said happened. He was an arrogant entitled jerk who threw a fit because he had to wait in line. I watched all of it. Seth treated him kindly and I don’t know how he stayed so calm with how rude and insulting he was being. I’d of knocked him out. I had to come see Seth today and he told me about the other guy leaving a review and I said heck no. I watched it all. None of that happened and Igor should be sued for defamation.”

“Absolutely amazing and professional quality. I was about to scrap my phone at an ecoATM because everyone else was gonna charge me almost what it cost to buy a refurbished iPhone at Best Buy. This man had me out the door in less than 30 minutes with a brand new screen for under $100. I can't recommend this place enough.”

“I was skeptical to come to a location on Broadway. But was pleasantly surprised by the service. The young man, Makhai (I spelled it wrong I know) . Promptly greeted me at the door while he was dealing with a customer already. I was looking for a new phone and he was very knowledgeable of the features that each phone had and set me up with phone that really suited what I was looking for. I got a good deal , he set up my account and everything right there in the store. Very happy with my phone so far!”
