“I was skeptical to come to a location on Broadway. But was pleasantly surprised by the service. The young man, Makhai (I spelled it wrong I know) . Promptly greeted me at the door while he was dealing with a customer already. I was looking for a new phone and he was very knowledgeable of the features that each phone had and set me up with phone that really suited what I was looking for. I got a good deal , he set up my account and everything right there in the store. Very happy with my phone so far!”

“I called the Verizon 1800 number to add a line and then had issues with it and again at the crown point location. I went to the Merrillville location and they had it straightened out in 30 mins and I was out the door with a new phone!! I definitely recommend this location!!”

“They are fairly priced and honest people at this location. Before committing to a particularly complicated repair to an old phone I had badly damaged, they let me know upfront that it was not guaranteed to be fully repaired and that there may still be issues and potentially not worth the pricey cost to repair. Unfortunately I had no choice as I was locked out of my apple account and switching services at the same time with a new phone. It was a mess and the damage was my own fault so they did the best they could with it and even gave me a little discount. What they did was enough for me to retrieve everything I needed which was a huge relief. I was very appreciative with their speedy work and honesty and have already been coming here for years and will continue to do so.”
