“I was skeptical to come to a location on Broadway. But was pleasantly surprised by the service. The young man, Makhai (I spelled it wrong I know) . Promptly greeted me at the door while he was dealing with a customer already. I was looking for a new phone and he was very knowledgeable of the features that each phone had and set me up with phone that really suited what I was looking for. I got a good deal , he set up my account and everything right there in the store. Very happy with my phone so far!”

We were greeted well and the service technician told us that the repair would take about 35/45 minutes, about 30 later the repair was complete. Such a great experience I/We recommend CPR (Merrillville) to anyone needing that service. SORRY I CAN'T REMEMBER THE TECHNICIANS NAME.
