I enjoyed every second of their help!! Also I love the dog there it makes the place feel cozy!”

“I have used Limeberry since relocating from Nashville and like their customer service, but they recently showed me how top-notch they are. I was trying to finish my garden path and needed more bags of pea gravel. The open sign was on, but they were locking the door and the garage and gate had been closed. Everyone was ready to vacate the building and after working for 44 years, I could certainly relate. They opened the garage for me to drive through and they loaded the 7 bags of pea gravel in my car. Everyone from the man at the door, the cash register, and the men who loaded the gravel did it cheerfully so I didn't feel like I had slowed them down from getting home and enjoying their holiday weekend. “Purchased a dog house ($200). Though the instructions were simple, none of it went together the way the illustrations showed. Whole thing fell over twice during the building process. Broke the roof. I just expected better for $200. And customer service was a bust. Was on hold forever, they offered an option the leave a call back number. So I left my contact information. That would be great, if they called back.”

“Just have to brag on Longbottom & Hardsaw for a minute - I literally called them at 8 am about getting our septic pumped and Clark called me back at 1:45 to schedule a day / time. He asked if I was available this afternoon, I said sure! He backed into our driveway at 2:30 and was gone by 3! Talk about quick service! Thank you!”
