“My vehicles check engine light came on about two miles away from this facility. I had been having issues with my vehicle but the dealership couldn't find the problem because the check engine light wouldn't come back on when they drove the vehicle. I was told to go ahead and drive it and if the check engine light came on again and was blinking to stop driving and if I was close enough for someone to put the computer on it, get a code. I called AutoZone in Charlestown, spoke with Earl who was gracious enough to bring the computer to where I had to pull over and stop the vehicle. Earl got the reading, called and told me what it was and gave me a copy for the dealership. Earl, I can't thank you enough, thank you so very much!!”
