“There is so many things I can say about Jossy and his workers. At first before I came to Jossy shop I didn't have a reliable mechanic just side mechanics with no shops and I hated it something was always going wrong. One thing after the next. Even though I knew better I still tried to have faith in them. Sometimes you have to bump your head a few times to learn from it lol. Anyway I have been with Jossy shop since about the time they have opened. They have never disappointed me. Get me in quick and out. Plus one that I definitely like about them is being a woman they don't take advantage of that like some shops will. They have always been straight forward. Even when I had to got another engine for my car Jossy helped me even though he wasn't doing the work and made sure that the other place was doing there so I wouldn't run into problems in the future. Also he has made me stronger to be able to communicate and what questions to ask. Now I teach my woman friends. There is so many things that they have helped me with or just been there for me. I have been to the shop even if I didn't need work done that's how comfortable I am with them. I can honestly say they are like family to me. I recommend them highly. Great work! Great people!”
“I work in Fishers and while leaving my house I picked up a screw (from 3 new homes being built across my street) in my tire and by the time I got to work the low pressure warning started. I left work early in the attempt to get it repaired until I could get new tires before winter. Well 2 BIG BOX business would not repair (plug) my tire as I needed all new tires. I just needed to get back to Anderson. I added air and rolled the dice. As I drive thru Pendleton I see Falls Park Tire. I stop in and explain what happened but by the time I got done explaining it there was a tech with the tools asking where's my car. BOOM ! REPAIRED!
I said THIS is where I'll get my new tires.
FAST FORWARD TO TODAY. Before I was ready and winter not here yet I had a different tire blow out on me and right by Falls Park Tire. I limped in and ordered tires and since my used car did not have a spare, they put a spare on my rim until the next day. Talk about service!
BONUS STARS ? ? ? ? ?......I've lived in Indiana for 30 yrs and I also gained new CORN knowledge while in the waiting room! I'm safer...and smarter...ish??

“Last week was my first time buying a car for myself alone and this dealership made it a far better experience than I was expecting! I had a very specific list I was on the lookout for and went for a used Pontiac Vibe they had. Saleswoman Lou Cheek was extremely kind, responsive, and totally honored the fact that I was focused in my shopping. No runarounds to look at other cars I already knew weren’t right for me. Though it was obvious I was new to this, she and the sales manager did not take advantage of that in the slightest and were incredibly fair in negotiations. None of the pressuring or slight of hand with add-on’s that dealerships can be notorious for - me saying no once was honored on the spot! Thank you Lou Cheek and staff for meeting me where I’m at, treating me with respect and understanding, and making it a great experience!”
