“Knowledgeable and probably reasonable, as far as prices. At least in the little I dealt with them. If your work isn't pressing, I don't think it'll be done anytime soon, as a vehicle we were told would be ready to sell in 4-6 weeks is still sitting there over two months later, but that doesn't apply to a vehicle you take to him to be fixed, necessarily. His lot is extremely full, but the cars do cycle through.”

But while I was waiting at Gerber, everyone there was so incredibly kind, giving great advice and even offering to buy me lunch. Emily was super patient with me and quickly secured me a rental car just in case. I was pretty shaken up, but everyone at Gerber made my day way better - thank you so much :)”

“It took 4 weeks to get my car back. I'm assuming cause of COVID but when I got it back it looked beautiful as ever. I had hit an animal and messed up my hood pretty bad. The front desk helpers were very polite and helpful. The mechanics know what they are doing. I wish they had their own warehouse so they could get parts faster. I recommend their service based on my first visit. Thank you so much.”
“I don't know about their prices- this was mostly covered by insurance, but state farm recommended them, so they're probably good priced. Did a good job on our dodge- would definitely recommend. They did it in good time, too.”
