“This is the only shop I will ever use. Came in today due to issues with other company. Emily went above and beyond to help me rectify my issue. 2nd time I have used them, lifetime customer. ????”
“Installer was friendly and knowledgeable. I do believe this should have been a 2-person job to be done safely, especially for the price. He struggled on his own especially being a 2nd-story ladder job. Glass install seems good, but left scuff marks inside and outside from the ladder. Edit: Marks have been taken care of.”
“When I was looking for recommendations for a new windshield for my Jeep, this is the only place in NWI people recommended, and a LOT of people recommended them - I see why! They will do both insurance work and self-pay. They walked me through the pros and cons of after market vs OEM replacement and got me in super fast. The price was better than I expected. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, I'm not hesitating to come back.”
“Paul is THE MAN!!! I was dealing with a car window that was slow to roll up or wasn't rolling up at all. After months of struggling with trying to figure out why and not wanting to pay an arm & leg on repairing it, I just got into the habit of avoiding rolling the window down. Called Paul and after leaving a voicemail, he quickly got back to me on the same day. He was flexible and worked around my schedule. Within 5 minutes of looking at the window, he found the issue and quickly resolved it. Not only did he resolve the issue, he showed me what the problem was and what types of preventative maintenance I could do from having it reoccur. Paul is top notch! I will most definitely use him for future care and would highly recommend you check him out!”

“Firestone in Valparaiso is an excellent place to get your vehicle repaired. They are courteous, and don’t try to upsell on your repairs. They have texts, emails and talk you through what is needing repaired. I had used other tire sale/repair businesses in Valparaiso in the past, but none compare to this business!!”
“Went for 4 tire replacement they got them done within 30 min and put on my hub caps without being asked to, great customer service, good pricing will be going back for the rest of my cars”
“Would definitely recommend everyone was super friendly and my car was done before they expected!! I picked it up and it looked brand new! And my car was vacuumed out for me an added bonus I wasn’t expecting!”
