He was very knowledgeable and helped us though every stage of the the cabinet replacing process. He even made time for us after regular business hours to get our hardware picked out. “I would give 6 stars if I could. Other stores felt very gimmicky with salesmen pressuring us to make a purchase same-day or the deal would be gone. The staff at Fairfield is very knowledgeable, pointing out differences in each chair that we had never considered, and they did not pressure us in any way. We ended up custom ordering an Elran rocking swivel power recliner, which was great because we were able to choose the perfect fabric to match the nursery. We did not have to sacrifice comfort/functionality for style. A few weeks later the chair was ready and Fairfield delivered it directly into the nursery, assembled it, and took away all packaging materials. Even with such great service, the pricing was very competitive! We couldn't be happier with the selection, pricing, and service that we found at Fairfield Galleries!”
