That sounds insane, to say that you weren't given information on paying almost 1.5 times what you were expecting based on undisclosed fee information.”

Our sales person (Tina, I believe) was super helpful and patient with us. She answered all our questions and was never pushy. Our furniture arrived after about 2 months. “We have ordered three pieces from Olde Oak Tree and have been extremely happy with the customer service, the quality craftsmanship, and options when building the pieces. Our first piece was a custom media cabinet. We had been looking and looking for just the right piece for our new home. We happened to stop at Olde Oak Tree and saw a sideboad that we liked the look of and Larry immediately began offering suggestions on a design to create a media cabinet using the sideboad design. It turned out perfectly and we love it! Our next piece was a simple coat rack for our mudd room, and finally an outdoor chair for our front porch. Being able to pick the wood, the stain, the size, and the fabric ensured each piece fit the space exactly. We will absolutely return to Olde Oak Tree again for our furniture needs.”
