Brandon was able to help me find one of the things I needed (specific computer charger, couldn't have gone another day without it) and informed me they did not carry the other after searching. Made the return policy clear and was great customer service throughout. The next time I return won't be out of pure necessity, I appreciate the improvements here.”
“I had the good fortune to get the assistance of Adam to integrate old financial files backed up from my laptop that finally after 8 years give up the ghost. Adam brought to the table ideas that were mission critical in resolution of many years of financial data that I could not live without. These are not vanilla ideas that he spearheaded to get the conversion from old to knew. Kudos to Geek Squad for hiring truly gifted individuals that are wise beyond their years. “Pretty solid Best Buy location overall. Store was clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I needed without wandering around forever ?. Staff in the electronics section was actually helpful and answered questions without trying to aggressively upsell everything. Checkout moved pretty fast too which was nice. They had a good selection of TVs, gaming stuff, and accessories in stock compared to some other locations. Definitely a reliable place if you need electronics quickly or wanna check products out in person before buying.”
