“I had a really good time at this specific T-Mobile location. The manager, I think his name was Harrison possibly, was incredibly helpful. I needed my screen protector replaced because I dropped my phone on the tile floor bathroom of Cheddar’s and cracked it. So after finishing my delicious meal at Cheddar’s, I stopped in for service at this specific T-Mobile location. The manager, again whose name was possibly Harrison, seemed like he couldn’t wait to help me. He personally applied my new screen protector for me. Wow!”
“Went to get sports cards and note was stating no more then 2 of any item per day which is great, but I have seen many videos where people are buying more than 2 with no penalties to them. The store is always clean with a great selection.”

“Pretty solid Best Buy location overall. Store was clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I needed without wandering around forever ?. Staff in the electronics section was actually helpful and answered questions without trying to aggressively upsell everything. Checkout moved pretty fast too which was nice. They had a good selection of TVs, gaming stuff, and accessories in stock compared to some other locations. Definitely a reliable place if you need electronics quickly or wanna check products out in person before buying.”

He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure they felt comfortable and understood throughout the entire process. What could have been a very stressful experience for them turned into a positive one because of his calm and helpful attitude. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine care for customers. Verizon is lucky to have him, and honestly, he deserves a raise!”

“My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Phillip today. We recently had all new appliances installed but unfortunately the color didn't match our kitchen and the freezer had a crack in it. After making a few phone calls, we were put in contact with Phillip. Phillip went above and beyond to make everything right and he spent about 2 hours walking around the store with us showing us different options to replace the other brand new appliances that would work better with our kitchen theme. He never once pressured us and he made us feel 100 percent better about the whole situation. I couldn't recommend him enough!”
