“First, great customer service. Was greeted coming in. A sincere "How are you?" Not the fake, forced greetings that you get most places. The store was clean and clutter free. Didn't have random shoes and boxes everywhere. The two workers were talking as we walked up. They both paused and greeted my wife and I before getting us checked out. Great selection of shoes and a pretty good size of clearance deals. Will definitely be my go-to place next time.”

“Yesterday my daughter & I had to make a trip to Foot Locker to exchange a pair of Nike Blazers.As we entered the store we were immediately greeted by Hannah and she assisted us multiple times because my indecisive teenager has a hard time deciding on a pair of shoes. We were told that we could leave the pair of Blazers on the counter as we shopped, so we did.About 30mins later we proceeded to the register to grab our Blazers and leave because sis couldn’t find a pair of sneakers to her liking…When we got to the counter her shoes were MIA. No where to be found.Lamaris immediately discovered what had happened to our shoes & made an exceptional effort to retrieve our shoes for us. ?There was a gentleman who had just left the store who had purchased multiple pairs of sneakers and he accidentally grabbed our bag! Honest mistake.Lamaris called him, and ran out of the store to catch up with the gentleman before he headed home with OUR $90 pair of Blazers.I give Foot Locker 5 stars simply because of their staff. Huge THANKS to Hannah and Lamaris for making a stressful situation better and completely resolved. They were calm, polite and handled that situation with the upmost professionalism. ☺️They deserve a raise!!! ? Great job y’all! Thanks again.”
