“The staff is always friendly, ready to help, and accommodating when I need an extra minute or two. I've been helped often by Ava or Kevin--both are outstanding people and experts who seem to know all of the answers! But, every professional at our Putnam County branch have been a pleasure to meet and to do business with.”

“Kristine Flint and the rest of the team at this branch are amazing. I had some issues with my business banking due to the newly launched online banking portal. I could not be more satisfied with the resolution. All techs said I was the first to experience this problem. She's a champ. Everything is in great order now. Thank you, Kristine.”

“I have been a customer for many years, would not change banks ever. Scott and Lauren as well as the cashiers have helped me immensely when some major problems arose. Great people in the facility, all banks should be as friendly and compassionate to the customers. Love the Greencastle Branch,”

“I never have any problems whatsoever just pull up go to the ATM get what I need out and go from there if I need to cash a check or cash a check it’s a good deal! Great Bank! Great customer service! They definitely have a great fraud protection as well! And the coolest thing is, you can add your children to have their own card to teach them how to budget now which they’re going to need in this day and age.”
