Horrible customer service, can't ever seem to get anything done unless I'm giving them money. Horrible condicending attitudes, I always feel like I got taken advantage of when dealing with them. DO NOT take your money here!!! You'll thank me later...

I lobe the service I recieve at PNC, tellers and management are wonderful! My grandmother banked here for years so I started an account with them over 5 years ago and I don't regret it. Recommend to family and friends.

Can never seem to get what I need done without an appointment. Even called ahead of time this time, and an appointment wasn't needed... until I was there. Can't wait to close this account.
