The clerks are all really nice and they have really helped me in difficult times! Helped with money issues alot! I've been banking with them for a long time and they have always been good to me! The staff is so great and supportive and always helps with an issues I have! They're the best

Super friendly staff, very helpful! My 17 year old recently joined Star as a customer, leaving another bank. They have been great getting him going with all his own accounts!!

Came in on a Saturday with out of state ID and they still helped me open account. Very nice knowledgeable people.
