“Woodforest is an easy place to access. It’s a good place to do banking. They’re open late hours and on holidays and weekends. I’ve used them for over 10 years and my only complaint is sometimes of the service is a little slow. The cashiers are a little slow most times it’s fairly good overall I would definitely recommend Woodforest as a place to do your banking.”

“Yesterday and today we were constantly asking questions and requesting information about opening new accounts. The bank manager, Tanya Hawkins, was very thorough and responsible in explaining everything and even wrote down detailed information for us. The service was excellent 👍.”
“Sometimes the line can be extremely long. Try to avoid coming here at “busy” times (ex. Fridays around 4pm or any time like that you think it might be busy). I don’t like that they don’t have an easily accessible bathroom. Just to use the bathroom you have to get a worker to walk you back to a locked door and then escort you to a back bathroom. If you want people to spend time in your bank you should have an accessible bathroom.”
