She helped me try on multiple pairs of boots to figure out exactly what worked best for me and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
They did a 3D foot scan to find the perfect shoe size and also checked what type of inserts would work best for my feet. Charlene brought out different inserts and helped fit them into the boots until everything felt just right.
