“I had such a pleasant experience here last night…. I was on a hunt for some Xmas gifts for my family but was having trouble finding what was on the list. I asked an associate for some help and she went above and beyond with help looking for what I needed. Also the store wasn’t as crazy and they had plenty of workers I was asked several times if I needed help. Which was nice! For being Black Friday I was happy with what I found!”

“This location is always very clean and organized .I came in Saturday because I seen on TikTok they had a .99 sale. Even though this location didn’t have many items one of the associates help me find a few .99 things. I believe the young lady name was Shay she made my visit a pleasure.”

“Good variety of goods. Home decor, clothes (women's, plus size, juniors, kids, babies, mens), toys, dishes and appliances, etc. staff is nice. Check out line is often long, but moves relatively quickly. (My toddler hates the checkout line but that's a me problem lol)
Prices are good for the most part.”
“As someone who pays close attention to the quality of customer service, I was thoroughly impressed by my recent visit to this Schererville Carter's location. From the moment we walked in, an employee named Lilly was welcoming, friendly, and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the store's inventory.
Shopping with a highly energetic toddler can be unpredictable. During our visit, my son spotted a toy and became upset when he couldn't play with it immediately. I initially felt the pressure to rush through my shopping, but Lilly stepped in seamlessly. She engaged my son in conversation and completely calmed him down. Her natural ability to connect with kids is exactly the kind of professionalism a children’s store needs to succeed.
Because of her intervention, I was able to take my time. Lilly even went above and beyond by helping me coordinate several matching outfits. To top it off, once we checked out, she kindly opened the toy for my son so he could enjoy it right away.
Beyond the outstanding service from the entire team—and Lilly in particular—I really appreciate the variety of merchandise this location offers. It is incredibly convenient to find toys, school bags, and cups alongside their clothing selection. I highly recommend this location for a top-tier, stress-free shopping experience.”

“I love the chain of stores.... But I hate how they're all able to make separate prices and host different sales... The biggest factor for me that separates the chains is the amount each store decides to pay you for your items when selling to them. Nothing is consistent from one store to the next... Double edge sword I suppose!!!! Now buying things is a whole nother ball game lol.... Every thing for the most part is decently priced but I have noticed that some items new with tags are being sold at regular retail price and in other cases at an higher price than the original tags states. But you can definitely still find some amazing deals if you look hard enough.”
