About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a low-touch rental process with clean, sanitized vehicles from over 7,000 locations. Many customers report great experiences and excellent, helpful customer service, especially in stressful situations. Renters note that staff are wonderful to work with, answer all questions, and work quickly. However, some advise being prepared to wait during busy times. A serious complaint notes an alleged fraudulent charge for a one-day rental from a Crown Point location, with a claim that the corporate office did not respond. While most reviews are positive, this experience led one customer to warn others and suggest seeking another company.
