“I understand that it was mother's day and they were somewhat busy with large tables, but service was poor. Took 15 minutes for them to take our order, and then another hour and 15 minutes to get it (and we had to ask if it would be much longer as no one checked on us during that time). When it did arrive, it was obvious it had been on the warming table for a bit. Burger and fish filet would have both been better if they were hot. Fries were just warm, but had potential. They seemed to be running short on glasses and utensils, but we could see the dishwasher just plodding thru his tasks with the speed of a sloth . He walked around some plastic trash on the floor until one of the waitress picked it up. Had the wait staff been a little bit attentive and the food not have taken so long, we might not have noticed all of this.”

“I enjoy shopping here in the Dale Store. The Santa Claus store, you never know when it is open. It is clean, noclutter. The staff are very friendly. It is located a block from the business I work. How convenient!!”
