“Great move when I switched over. Great hours love the late and early drive up times. As a business nice to have time in the morning to make sure payments go thru. Small business is often hard to keep up with collections and get to the bank on time. Also like that it’s easy to get with a banker when questions come up. During the pandemic star was on top of helping with federal funding and was there to do the correct paperwork when they needed submitted.”

Even when the line started to pile up behind, and only the 2 of them working, they helped figure out a complex task and didn’t make me feel rushed. They took the time to make sure I fully understood the problem and we got it fixed after a few minutes. Those in line were not happy, that I had apparently used more than my fair share of time at the teller station. They can keep trying to rush these employees who are handling YOUR money. But don’t come back in demanding to Speak to a manager because your transaction wasn’t done right because you were rushing them.”

“I love this bank because all the tellers learn your name and call you by name when you come in for your banking needs. This is also great so you don't have to show your drivers license every time you wish to make a deposit or withdraw from your accounts but also gives me the peace of mind that someone can not steal my purse and just walk in and with draw all the funds from my account!! All the employees at this location are always so nice very helpful with any questions my family have about different banking needs and they don't act like pushy sales people to push into something you don't need so they meet their quotas for new accounts! I cannot say the same thing for other locations the only consistency I see across this bank name is the drivers license when doing any banking!”
