I wish they would at least extend the hours on Saturday or by 30mins to an hour during the weekday. Many cannot get to the bank until after 5. For those who work a 9-5 job. I appreciate the staff. But the hours again are not ideal

I absolutely love Northwest branch in Yorktown. They've been so helpful to me since I opened my account about 6 or 7 months ago. The staff are so kind and always willing to answer any questions I may have.
