“I usually don’t do reviews however. I do pickup orders fairly often. Last night I did an order and the person who loaded my groceries was by far the kindest person I’ve yet to meet. I wish I would have gotten his name. I’m pretty sure it started with an H. He made sure I knew that some of my items were unable to be filled. He asked if I had any bread, eggs, or chips if I wanted them upfront. When he saw that my bread was smashed from during the picking process he told me he wasn’t satisfied with the way it looked and asked if it was okay for him to get me a new loaf. I told him I appreciated it and he thanked me for letting him get me a new loaf. A few minutes later he brought out a new loaf. I offered to tip him for being so considerate. He told me that it was necessary and that he just wanted to put a smile on his customers faces. I hope that I get this person again when picking up groceries!! By far the best experience I’ve ever had at Walmart!”
