“I visited Fieldhouse Ford for the first time after having a number of bad experiences with other dealerships service departments. I went in for a simple recall notice on my vehicle. They made the repair quickly and did not try to upsell me on anything. In fact, I asked about an additional service and they told me that they would do it if I wanted it, but it was unnecessary and I should just save my money. I have been looking for a service department I can trust, and I think I just found it. I highly recommend them!”
“I am so grateful for Hunt’s. I had an oil change about three hours before my oil light came on, and the company that did the initial oil change told me to pull over immediately. I was an hour and a half away from home. I found Hunt’s and called, and Jason drove right to me to help and make sure I was safe. He explained everything that was happening or could happen, ensured I understood the mistakes of the initial oil change and had proof to bring back, and worked quickly to get me back on the road and finish my trip. His wife and daughter were also very friendly and kind. I felt very lucky to be close to a kind, trustworthy family business that dropped whatever the were doing to help me immediately. Thank you Jason and family for helping me get home safely to celebrate my best friend’s 25th birthday and my nephew’s 1st birthday!!!

“Dave was very genuine and has a no pressure sales approach. No hidden add on fees. Vehicle pricing was as advertised and beat our area ( S.W. MI) enough to justify driving 2.5 hours each way.
Could have allowed more time with us on paper work and a vehicle walk through.
