“The employees at this Ace are awesome. I usually walk in there with a problem or a crazy idea, and they figure it out. Plus they carry everything I need without having to drive a half hour.”

“We normally shop in the kankakee location. We were in demont for something else and decided to go for thr dog wash and some other stuff. 1st off everyone greeted us everywhere. Asked by multiple employees if we needed assistance. Wonderful customer service. The dog was stations were so much cleaner and stocked compared to kankakee. All around, your store and employees blow away any other tractor supply we've been to. Great job to management and staff.”

“Stopped in this Ace a couple times this past month and it’s been great… People there have been very friendly and helpful… The younger girl in the paint department was very nice and helpful and went out of her way for me yesterday when I was looking for a particular paint…They have a pretty good selection of product and if you are looking for Milwaukee tools an excellent selection of them… Every time I have been here it’s been a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hardware store …”

“My mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly and the police ended up having to break into her house. In the process they broke a screen on the storm door, so I called to see if they could fix. They said normally they have a few of these backed up and needed a few days, but they ended up being able to get me in right away. We ran it over and ended up chatting for a bit with who I assume was the owner. It was a huge blessing to have him help us out and even more of a blessing when he slid the screen across the table and said there was "no charge." If you have any ability to choose to support this business, you would be doing the right thing by doing so.”
