“I brought my car in because something was dragging under the car. Rob took a look at it and told me it was the plastic piece HONDA used (more as cosmetic) to reduce the amount of dirt and dust buildup under the car. He said that plastic piece was so mangled and damaged it was not worth putting back on. So I told him to just take it off then. He said if I wanted to, I could go to HONDA parts department at any HONDA dealership and order the part and he would put it on for me. I also asked him to check my brakes and he told me they are fine and would be good for another 30,000 miles. After all that, I asked him how much I owed him and he told me nothing. OMG! I will remember his kindness and honesty and I am now a forever customer of his. Thank You Rob!!”

“I hate having to deal with mechanics, but these guys aren’t too bad. If you schedule a time to get your car serviced, just be aware that it might take a while. If you have the luxury of being able to drop your car off and come back later that will be your best option, but if you have to wait, they have a nice little waiting area. It’s always clean and well conditioned. All in all they are worth it! 9/10 will go back”
