“I wasn’t asked to complete this review, but it is needed. I have a total of 3 UPS stores within 15-minute radius of me, and this one is one of the 3. This one is the best. Their employees are consistently polite and they have little carts for when you have heavy or multiple packages. This location is also open seven days a week, which is even better. I go out of my way to go to this one over the one in South Holland, about 7 minutes from my house.”

I had an issue a few years back with a lost package and they went above and beyond to help me.There's plenty of parking here but it can be kind of tight inside. So double check before you walk in with a mountain of boxes and have to keep moving them out of people's way.”

“I called to see if a specific item was in stock. Zack answered and said he would check but he was the only one on the floor with 3 people in line-he asked politely if I could hold-I said of course. Within minutes he was back and asked what I needed. He politely asked if I could hold again while he looked-I said of course. He came back and verified that it was in stock and I asked him to hold them at the register for me to pick up in 40 minutes. I have to admit, I wasn’t hopeful. When I arrived, not only did he hold those, but another kind just to make sure.Way to go above and beyond Zack! Excellent customer service!”

“I had to take time out to write a review on what great customer service I received from Cleo here at this location! I came in one night rushing and panicking because I needed business cards printed and cut before my boutique launched. She was so helpful OMG just unbelievable!! She literally had a hour before the store closed and as she helped all the other customers she bounced back and forth to help me create my design, download and send it to fedex and printed and cut them for me I continuously come back to this location because she is just wonderful she helped me a couple years ago with a lot of stuff for my wedding!! She's great!!!”

She was the only employee working at this location when I went this morning (Monday, March 11, 2024 at approximately 9:30 a.m.) The store was packed, but she moved from section to section to help people fax, copy, ship, and print all on her own. “The ship center they took care of you immediately your delivery drivers are horrible they don't come they say they do they lie I actually stood in front of my house waiting for a driver who said he just left there which he lied he never came and then you have to wait to pick up your packages yeah your delivery drivers are horrible they don't deliver the packages on time they're always late or they don't ever show up”
