“The only reason this is getting a 5 star is because of Krista, Vita, and the absolutely amazing crew working at this location!!! They had their systems go down and had to reschedule my appointment to the next day after I had shown up, the company itself did not alert me to this issue and I had went out of my way on a faulty car to return the next day, and the call center who set my appointment misinformed me of prices. These issues would have had me drop this place altogether and lose my money. But Krista had explained and helped work out everything and came to a solution that worked for everyone in the most sweet and professional way she could! And the amazing tech crew Vita and another gentlemen working informed me of issues completely unrelated to the oil change I had asked for which showed amazing attention to detail and customer service and care for what they do!! The ONLY reason I would return to this company is not due to the company, but the amazing people working this location!”

He found the parts I needed for a great price and got everything installed and working properly in amazing time. I love my car dearly so when he was able to give me a good price, it was a god send. “I highly recommend Herreras Towing, they have super friendly service and the price is super reasonable, I thought it was going to take long for them to get there but no, I was asking for the tow trucks ETA when I see him pull up. I thought it was going to be more pricey compared to other companies (yes I’ve had vehicles towed before unfortunately) but no it was reasonable and the driver made me feel comfortable since I was with my daughters and their friend. I highly recommend them ☺️”

“It was a scary ordeal driving in near zero temperatures, on Friday, with an overheating engine. I was a cold shivering mess, from nerves, & anxiety.
Joe took my keys, pulled my car into the garage, discovered there were two additional hoses, connected to the radiator, that needed replacing. A few days earlier, he, & his crew, had replaced the bottom, hose, & clamp. He worked, & worked, I sat, & sat, but oh, how the wait was worth it. He persevered, until the problem was solved. And oh what sweet relief it was to drive again, with heat!
I believe I've found an Auto Repair Shop, that I can 'Trust,' and I'm grateful for Joe, & his team, for their expertise!
