He found the parts I needed for a great price and got everything installed and working properly in amazing time. I love my car dearly so when he was able to give me a good price, it was a god send. “I highly recommend Herreras Towing, they have super friendly service and the price is super reasonable, I thought it was going to take long for them to get there but no, I was asking for the tow trucks ETA when I see him pull up. I thought it was going to be more pricey compared to other companies (yes I’ve had vehicles towed before unfortunately) but no it was reasonable and the driver made me feel comfortable since I was with my daughters and their friend. “It was a scary ordeal driving in near zero temperatures, on Friday, with an overheating engine. I was a cold shivering mess, from nerves, & anxiety.
Joe took my keys, pulled my car into the garage, discovered there were two additional hoses, connected to the radiator, that needed replacing. A few days earlier, he, & his crew, had replaced the bottom, hose, & clamp. He worked, & worked, I sat, & sat, but oh, how the wait was worth it. He persevered, until the problem was solved. And oh what sweet relief it was to drive again, with heat!
I believe I've found an Auto Repair Shop, that I can 'Trust,' and I'm grateful for Joe, & his team, for their expertise!

“I blew out a tire on the Indiana Toll Road and was towed the this location. The staff here were incredibly accommodating. They didn't have the tires I needed and drove to a nearby location to obtain them for me. Staff were pleasant, professional and extremely prompt. While the situation was not ideal, I felt better knowing I was in such good hands.”
