“The moving crew worked so hard & so fast. In 3 hours they had packed a humongous truck floor to ceiling. Very patient when I changed my mind about where furniture was supposed to go. Our team was Mike, Terry, Julie, Garret, and Mason. All were respectful, professional, and friendly. It was clear they enjoy working with each other. I'll need to call them again soon, because unpacking has shown me that some of the furniture just is just not yet in the right place!
Called a few days later to have ABW rearrange some furniture. They responded almost immediately that they could send out two men right then. I was happy that Garrett, one of the original movers, was one of the guys. Matt was the other. As usual, they were great ! I wouldn't have any other company move me!”

“Easy to aquire, cheap, clean, very good condition, perfect location close to highway and close to all sides of town, property kept in nice shape, can access anytime and ample amount of cameras to catch all proper angles. Units already ours has vaulted ceilings so it's basically 10x15x15 it's like having 1 1/2 units . Best storage lot in Bloomington by far! You won't be disappointed!”

“We have used Soft Touch for 3 moves since August 1st. Jason was out lead on each on (the last one we specifically requested him). ALL of the guys were extremely professional, friendly and really treated our belongings and homes with the utmost care. Most recently we moved my elderly parents out of their home of 55 years. It was an emotional day for them and all the guys were so patient and kind to them. They also moved extremely fragile items, like an old grandfather clock---it arrived in the same condition it left.
We were pleased with all the crew members, but Jason as the lead made the moves that much better. Hopefully we are done with moves for a very very long time, but we wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend!”

“Nice and clean. Quiet atmosphere. Large washers can be operated with a debit card. Only issue are the employees that smoke outside. When I'm sitting in my car, waiting on laundry, I really don't want to smell the cigarette smoke.”

“I am a former IU student who rented a unit to store my belongings when I moved away from Bloomington. The location is about 15 minutes away from B-Town via car, which isn't that bad, but what sold me on the space was the price. I rented a 5x10 space for about half of what storage places Bloomington charged. Don the owner is a very professional and courteous man and easy to work with. The set up is a simple process, I used my credit card to pay automatically every month. The units were on a month to month lease The unit is very secure, a gated facility with an access keypad that has a unique code for every unit that I can access when ever I wanted. I wish there were more places like this.”
