Jim later saw me in the parking lot working on my trailer break that was malfunctioning right away. He offered his help brought me to the store gave me advice on products that could help my situation later. Our store employee Ron came out. He had knowledge of this issue he spent maybe 30 minutes with me making sure that I could get safely back on the road and I just cannot believe the level of service That this store gave me over a $13 sale. You will never find service as top-notch as they offered me here I am very lucky that they helped me.”
