I can’t remember his name but he’s been with the store for over a decade and he knows what the hell he’s doing. He saved me probably about a three to $400 fix at a dealership and he did it for free. I know it wasn’t much but I gave him a $20 tip but he did save me so I really do appreciate you guys that man deserves a raise”

“My husband and I are always so impressed every time we come visit this store. First of all the parking lot is always clean with no carts in the lot. When you walk in I’ve never not been greeted by an employee, who always asks if there is anything they can help with or help you find. The store has always had the products I’ve needed, which are easy to find because everything is very clean and organized. Check out is always a breeze. There is another hardware store on this side of town that I’m so happy I’ll never have to visit again! Thank you to the manager and employees for running a great store!”

“I like Harbor Freight. They actually have some of the best customer service around. No one cares about their customers,Anymore, but it seems like harbor freight. Goes out of their way to make the customer happy and want a person to come back. They are one of the only stores that actually want you to come in and shop around. They actually want you to walk around and buy stuff instead of do it online. Maybe while you're there, you can walk around and buy something you didn't even come in for !! I do wish they were more fair to the US. General toolboxes and would start delivering them. I also feel like for the insider track people. Once they start doing free delivery for the insider track, their business will explode. And I do wish their boxes paint was a little thicker, but other than that I love their Icon tools and their toolboxes. I also been trying to contact someone with a great tool idea.If anybody could get back with me from HarborFreight, it would be much appreciated. Look what I did to my tool box . I wish that had more color options. But then again I don't because now my box is 1 of a kind.”
