“We enjoyed living at pavilion lakes. The apartment was really nice with a fire place and French doors and the scenery was beautiful. The lakes and wildlife created a very home like feel and staff was friendly and helpful.”

I was denied the first time due to stupid choices I made in my past, I appealed my app and was able to show them all the changes I've made in my life and they took their time at re-looking into my application and gave me an opportunity at a place to live.. Stori Morris is a great property manger and helped me with everything!! I would absolutely recommend Shady Tree as your home! The people in the office are amazing and are willing to work with you!!!”

“This is a decent little storage facility. They offer two different sized units. The entire storage facility is surrounded by a tall fence and entrance is accessed through a keypad gate. It is conveniently located on the West Side of Evansville.”
