“I have been coming to this location for years and have never been disapointed..friendly, fast and reasonable, not to mention there seems to be little turnover in employees which makes me feel it must be a good work environment (although I am not a mechanic). On a side note, I have several mechanics between my home in Fortville and Fishers that I pass along the way, but I will drive the distance for the security knowing I will have professional repairs with an honest team and pricing especially since I am a female where my automotive ignorance could make my wallet prey to predators. “Bryson and the guy who checked me in (didn’t catch his name) made for another great experience at this particular location. They both were friendly and kind and put me at ease. This is my third straight positive experience at this location and it makes me not hate having to get an oil change, which is something I used to dread doing. Each visit is always quick and professional. The employees here are never “sketchy” or pushy like I’ve experienced at other JL locations, and I so far would HIGHLY recommend this JL on Olivia Way! P.S. I don’t normally take the time to review places but I had to this time because my experiences here have just been so consistently good. Thank you for great customer service!”
“I had a bulge in my tire wall and drove in. I was welcomed right away and immediately Josh took a look at my car. He confirmed the tire needed to be replaced. He was able to help me through picking the right tire and making sure I got the best price. He then got my car in immediately so I could get on the highway safely. I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“I brought my van in because of a humming noise, I assumed was coming from a nail in my tire. I have Road Hazard coverage.
The eventual news was terrible…the vehicle is unsafe to drive. A front hub assembly is shot and suspension work I had put off for two years is now critical.
What has me give a 5 star review is the way I heard others in the waiting room get their news delivered. Each of us received a thorough explanation and utmost respect. I have worked in Customer Service for over a decade and know excellence when I hear it. Thank you, Pep Boys, well done.”
