“I have been coming to this location for years and have never been disapointed..friendly, fast and reasonable, not to mention there seems to be little turnover in employees which makes me feel it must be a good work environment (although I am not a mechanic). On a side note, I have several mechanics between my home in Fortville and Fishers that I pass along the way, but I will drive the distance for the security knowing I will have professional repairs with an honest team and pricing especially since I am a female where my automotive ignorance could make my wallet prey to predators. “I brought my van in because of a humming noise, I assumed was coming from a nail in my tire. I have Road Hazard coverage.
The eventual news was terrible…the vehicle is unsafe to drive. A front hub assembly is shot and suspension work I had put off for two years is now critical.
What has me give a 5 star review is the way I heard others in the waiting room get their news delivered. Each of us received a thorough explanation and utmost respect. I have worked in Customer Service for over a decade and know excellence when I hear it. Thank you, Pep Boys, well done.”
