“OMG! Went into the store to kill time until meeting a friend for dinner. Found 1 skirt for $3.97 and another for $4.97. Then I found 2 pairs of jeans for $5.97 each. Clearance prices are incredible!”
“My daughter had to exchange an item she had previously bought. I had never been to this Old Navy but I really liked it. It is a fairly big store and it has a wide variety of clothing and shoes and other items. It also had good sale & clearance items at good discounts especially the clearance items were marked way down to very affordable prices. I got a nice pair of summer sandals for two dollars. We were on our way to a concert so I really didn't get to shop for very long but I would like to return to this store and take advantage of their good prices and good sales. Sorry I don't have any photos inside of the store. But it is located in a very nice area with many other good brand stores around it in a plaza type setting.”
“I love this Carters store! It’s hard to find cute boys clothes without characters plastered on everything. I always have good luck finding whatever I need! They run great sales as well. The ladies there are always very helpful (especially Beth!). She is so sweet and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of.”

“Short and sweet visit to this tidy store near the Fashion Mall. We were on a hunt for some toddler shoes in the clearance section. There were some cute options but not as easy to put on as I'd like. The staff was friendly and the store was well organized. Not a bad option if you're looking for clothes for wee ones. Easy parking and the close proximity to Barnes and Noble doesn't hurt either.”
“I had such a great experience at the JCPenney Photo Studio on 6/29! Michia was absolutely amazing. So kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and really took her time to make sure everything turned out great. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend booking your photos here, especially with Michia!”

“Adorable clothes! I think my son's wardrobe is approximately 90% Janie and Jack apparel right now. It has that classic look that is so sweet. I didn't know anything about this chain until my MIL introduced me to their precious styles. They come out with new designs on a very regular basis and they also have great sales. Clothes are high quality and last many washes. Def on the $$ side, but I'm hoping they'll be closet staples.”

After committing to lifting weights for over a year, I decided it was finally time to upgrade my workout clothes. As a plus-size girlie, I’ve always worried about how I’d be treated in these kinds of stores. But every single person who helped me was kind, supportive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find what worked for my body.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The first associate who greeted me listened carefully when I explained that I needed workout pants for lifting—something that didn’t feel like “dolphin skin,” not overly compressive, but also wouldn’t roll down during workouts. She absolutely nailed it with her recommendations. I tried on a few styles and ended up leaving with pieces that feel perfect for me.
If I could give 10 stars for customer service and overall experience, I would. This visit completely changed how I view shopping for athletic wear. I left feeling confident, supported, and ready to crush my next lift.”

“Visited this Gap location during a trip to The Fashion Mall. It seems a bit smaller than some of the other Gap stores I have visited previously. The store was clean and well maintained. It was not too crowded so it was easy to get in, navigate, and exit the store. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. They had most of the items needed or wanted in stock as well. Good experience and I would recommend it, if they have what you need or are looking for.”
“Very clean and organized but the staff was quite busy when it came to check out so I will say there was a bit of a wait time, but that's understandable, it's a popular store in a mall.
I will say the kitchen items section was a little slim pickings but what they did have was quite nice. Like the blush pink Bella slow cooker and the navy blue plates.
About the navy blue plates. When I brought them home they were cracked. And for that I am giving JCPenney's a four star review instead of five. It could have been the drive home, it could have been an employee or it could have been the truck that brought it to the store in the first place, honestly a number of things could have broken those plates. No one in particular is at fault it's just a tragedy as those plates were around seventy-ish dollars and I was really looking forward to using them. So imagine my surprise when I open them up and they are all cracked, chipped and broken.
Anyway other than that I love JCPenney's, I have been going to that store since I was a child. Although the one I would typically have gone to would be at the Polaris Mall in Ohio, the Castleton Square Mall one here in Indiana is good too.”
“I normally don't like H&Ms, but this one was pretty good! It had clothes that I personally would mostly only wear for layering as they're all quite plain, but there were some stylish clothes there. The prices were way better than I expected! I am going to start coming here for basic clothing for sure.”
“Came in and asked if there were any sales, an associate whose name I did not get was very kind and came out and explained the 50% off sale to me. Checking out was a great experience with Sam. She was very kind and explained how the point system worked at this store as I told her I frequent multiple stores. I was specifically looking for denim shorts for my 2 year old and only found 1 pair of denim shorts! I thought that couldn’t be right, so I went to the counter and asked an associate if she could help me and she just looked at me. I tried to explain what I was asking, but said could you just come here and she seemed very annoyed. I showed her the section I was looking in and said is there only one pair of Jean shorts for 2T & 24 mo and she said “all the clothes are on the floor” and I said okay i didn’t know if maybe there was another area of shorts cuz there’s only 1 pair of jean shorts and she just stared at me. Didn’t say anything and clearly annoyed with my question and that I asked her to walk 5 feet from behind the counter . It left a salty taste in my mouth so I got her name it was Claire. But the experience I still rate 5 star thanks to Sam and the first associate I encountered. You can tell who likes their job & who doesn’t.”
