“Sandeep is an absolute phlebotomy wizard. She can draw blood without barely a pinch. Love her. The billing situation is pretty miserable however. You can expect like 4 months of billing through the mail (even though I provided a credit card). And it will be like stupid minor charges just trickling through the mail for months on end. Very annoying.”
“Staff was friendly and efficient. The blood draw was quick, she was very experienced and fast. I went on a Friday morning around 7:40am and was out of there by 8am.
When I checked in, the estimated wait time was 60 minutes but it was nowhere near that long! Don’t be discouraged by the negative reviews. This is a great location with excellent service!”
“The Phlebotomist did a great job. I have scars on both arms from rupturing my bicep tendons and she found the vein that I normally have blood drawn from on the first try and that is not usually the situation when I get labs completed. I will return that location again, 116th Street”
