“Sometimes the wait can be long, but they can also be short-staffed for how many people are wanting to get in. I have watched people who are waiting be incredibly rude, self-important, and even downright threatening to the staff due to wait times, and the staff have always handled it with grace and kept calm. I give them big credit for that. I did have a vein blown out pretty badly by one blood drawer, but I honestly think the stress of the mob in the waiting room was causing him to feel rushed. Advice to anyone going to this lab: They are doing their best. Calm down. Make sure you have carved out time to wait patiently. Bring a book. And, be nice to the people just trying to do their job.”

“I came to this facility to get some routine blood work done. No appointment was set up. I was only a walk-in. After reading the reviews, to my surprise the experience was excellent! The wait was not long and the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Once my turn came up the process was quick, easy, and painless. I would recommend coming to this facility for your diagnostic needs.”
