7236 Fishers Crossing Dr, FishersThis is my favorite pet supplies store! When I lived in Fishers, Indiana, I frequented this location. I’ve moved to Florida 2 years ago but whenever I’m in town, I always come to this store.
I was actually at this store the week of Thanksgiving and I brought my dog in for a wash. I had recently purchased a discount card but I left it in FL and didn’t have it with me. I asked the Manager that was at the register if she’d be able to pull up my card in the system but she advised me that unfortunately, I had to have the physical card with me. I figured this was the case and was going to purchase a bath anyway but she went ahead and used a bath from my discount card and just asked me to make sure I crossed it off. This doesn’t seem like a big deal to some but it was a big deal to me because my dog really needed a wash, he has skin issues and will scratch and lick himself raw so I have to bathe him frequently. So thank you because I know you didn’t have to do this. I crossed it off :)

I almost always learn something new and helpful to take better care of my dogs.

Our sweet Frankie always looked adorable after his appointments, but what we loved most was how excited he was to go. He could hardly wait to see his Mallory. She groomed him every time, treating him with such tenderness and joy. You could tell she loved him, and he adored her just as much. When we lost Frankie, the Ruff-n-Roll team sent a beautiful handwritten card filled with personal messages about how much they loved him and how special he was to them. It was a truly touching final act of love, something our family will never forget. We are forever grateful for Mallory and the entire Ruff-n-Roll family. Lola, who has passed, a couple years ago was turned down for grooming by a couple groomers in the Fishers area(won't mention names), because Lola was incapable of being "boosted onto the groomers' table".
Well, Isabelle & Andy said, "We will make Lola feel as comfortable as we can!"
Lola lived to the grand age of a large dog to 15 years 6 months plus! Isabelle and Andy were so sweet to Lola to her last few weeks!

The staff is friendly and care a lot about the dogs which is comforting when we board frank there. Our dog always wants to go and is excited to be there, which is always makes us feel comfortable with leaving him there. They also do fun themed photos and events for the dogs, which are fun to see our dog participate in too! The cascade pool is very nice and fun if you have a water loving dog too!

Bruce and his course saved us. Bruce has a class every week which he thoroughly explains expectations and give you the guidance you need as handlers to successfully train your dogs with great exercises. it’s crazy to look at those pictures of my puppy (Hoosier) staying with all those other puppies surrounding him and compare him to when i first adopted him! Highly recommend this service.

They were even able to accommodate us for our request for coconut milk when asked about their milk alternatives.
