Our sweet Frankie always looked adorable after his appointments, but what we loved most was how excited he was to go. He could hardly wait to see his Mallory. She groomed him every time, treating him with such tenderness and joy. You could tell she loved him, and he adored her just as much. When we lost Frankie, the Ruff-n-Roll team sent a beautiful handwritten card filled with personal messages about how much they loved him and how special he was to them. It was a truly touching final act of love, something our family will never forget. We are forever grateful for Mallory and the entire Ruff-n-Roll family. Price is below average vs other popular competitors we’ve tried, but their service is a step above and has been enough to bring us back by itself. The cuts are always great and I’ve really appreciated them taking extra care to call me asking for permission to adjust the plan so my Cavapoo is comfortable during the groom if there are tight mats or tangles. 3 appointments so far and all have been 5 stars!

My cat, Dimsum, became very ill very suddenly, and I had to bring her in right away. From the moment I walked through the door, every single person greeted me with kindness and genuine concern. Dimsum’s condition was initially unknown, and after multiple tests, Dr. Cable recommended that she stay over the weekend so they could rehydrate her and monitor whether she would eat.
The level of communication I received—especially directly from Dr. Cable—was truly mind-blowing. I have never felt so comfortable or confident with a veterinarian before. I knew without a doubt that Dimsum was receiving the best possible care.
Thanks to medication, patience, and lots of tuna and broth, little Dimsum began taking steps toward healing. When Dr. Cable asked me to bring her back in for a follow-up, every staff member who knew her came by to say hello and shower her with love. That meant so much to me.
This is truly an exceptional vet office filled with compassionate, dedicated people. I am beyond grateful for the care Dimsum received and would recommend Dr. Cable and her team to anyone without hesitation!

They’ve been awesome at providing the best care from the very beginning! From her regular, annual visits to sick visits in between, they’ve been very professional and attentive at making sure she’s safe and healthy. Staff are very welcoming and communicative. We’ve seen most of the vets there but established the most consistent care with Dr. Collins. We love her and so appreciate her patience, understanding, and hard work. She truly takes the time in assessing her patients, providing the most appropriate intervention, and giving education to owners. We are so sad we cannot continue with them due to us moving out of state but would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you guys for everything!

The staff is friendly and care a lot about the dogs which is comforting when we board frank there. Our dog always wants to go and is excited to be there, which is always makes us feel comfortable with leaving him there. They also do fun themed photos and events for the dogs, which are fun to see our dog participate in too! The cascade pool is very nice and fun if you have a water loving dog too!

12401 Reynolds Dr, FishersI highly recommend bruce and his well organized novice training course. i want to start off and say i adopted our puppy who was a stray a few weeks prior to class. i was completely lost and overwhelmed with my puppies reactivity towards others dogs and his lack of obedience. i was questioning myself on what did i get myself into adopting him. Bruce and his course saved us. Bruce has a class every week which he thoroughly explains expectations and give you the guidance you need as handlers to successfully train your dogs with great exercises. it’s crazy to look at those pictures of my puppy (Hoosier) staying with all those other puppies surrounding him and compare him to when i first adopted him! Highly recommend this service.
